Putting employees in positions that magnify their strengths is the first step to assuring passion is present at all levels.

Most employees are hired in certain positions because they have skills, experiences and talents that help them perform tasks. Another thing to remember is that most employees don’t come to the table with 100% of the required skills, experience and talents required to perform that task. If we, as business owners will recognize this, it gives us an opportunity to teach and train. Helping our employees to develop and master skills converts them into experts…making them passionate about their new strength.
